SuperVega x DaiLo Lunar Near Year vegan meal
As we prepare to celebrate the Year of the Ox, Chef Nick Liu of DaiLo has diligently crafted an entirely vegan Chinese New Year tasting menu to show it’s still possible to celebrate the holiday with a festive feast, whether you are vegan, vegetarian or flexitarian.
The innovative and savoury tasting menu is fashioned using our Canadian-made pea-based meat alternative. After receiving inquiries from diners about vegan and flexitarian options throughout the year, DaiLo has partnered with SuperVega to bring customers a full dining experience they won’t soon forget.
With dishes including Dan Dan Noodles, sautéed SuperVega and the Dim Sum SuperVega Box, each item features the plant-based protein with the fresh and creative flare DaiLo is known for.
